We grind surface corrosion back to bare metal using wire wheels and abrasive discs, then apply a zinc-rich primer to arrest further oxidation before applying a durable two-component finish coat. This approach is standard for lintels above retail windows, iron security fencing, and exposed structural steel beams.

Reaching upper floors of a commercial building safely requires proper equipment and permits. We hold authorizations for multi-tier scaffolding over public sidewalks and operate articulating boom lifts for projects where scaffolding isn't practical. All high-access work is planned and executed under our site safety plan, in compliance with WorkSafeBC requirements.
